Christine Elizabeth Burgess-Hunt
This web site has been set up to celebrate the life and work of Christine Burgess-Hunt, artist, sculptor and potter of distinction. Initially from the Manchester area, she lived in Wiltshire and then Oxford, developing a reputation for her unique style, in particular, for her unique ceramic sculpture. Christine was known professionally as Christine Burgess, and tended to use that name as artist and teacher, despite re-marrying in 1985 to Richard Hunt in Oxford and becoming Christine Burgess-Hunt.
